We do not allow any food or drinks in the video game theater.

BAD WEATHER

We come rain, sleet or shine! Our trailer was built for all types of weather conditions. The paradise arcade trailer is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. In the event of inclement weather and government official has closed off roads and we are unable to make it to your event you will be notified IMMEDIATELY

DAMAGE

CLIENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ALL DAMAGES DONE TO ANY OF SGP EQUIPMENT!

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

SGP reserves the right to refuse service to clients if we observe behavior which we deem to be a potential threat to our employees, guests or our equipment. If your party has been stopped or cancelled due to the negligence or behavior from the customer there are NO REFUNDS!
